Caring for Cast Iron Pan:

1.Wash cast iron pan by hand with mild soap or none at all.

2.Dry promptly and thoroughly with a lint-free cloth or paper towel.

3.Rub with a very light layer of vegetable oil, preferably while the cookware is still warm.

4.Retain for 5-10 hours, then the pan is ready to use.

5.Hang or store cookware in a dry place.
